What kind of products do you offer?
We curate modern furniture, lighting and décor for living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor spaces. Every piece is chosen to look elegant for years, not just for one season.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase and no hidden fees.
How long does delivery take?
All our products ship from US-based warehouses. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery to your door.
What is your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and in most cases you do not need to send the item back. For any other reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. We review each request individually, and when a return is needed, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with return shipping paid by the customer. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we will refund you in full.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and PayPal. You can also pay over time with Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay, subject to approval. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection.
Do I need to assemble my furniture?
Some pieces require assembly. When they do, all the parts, tools and illustrated instructions are included in the box.
